Scientific Journals of The University College of Tourism and Ecology are result of initiative of the University Authorities. One of Universities objectives is ensuring the constant improvement of the quality of education and raising the level of knowledge possessed both by students and by it's academic staff. Due to the character of the University, most of the journal's publications relate to leisure and tourism - for example articles from security or media fields - however, one can also find articles about issues related to politics, economy, social communication, law and education, as well as professional reviews of scientific books and articles coming from other sources.

Scientific Journals of The University College of Tourism and Ecology has been published twice-yearly since June 2012. It is an academic publication of scientific character, meeting the standards set by The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland.
